Preparation:

Take a salt bath

Set out a small bowl of water and candle on your altar.

Ceremony:

Breathe in and out until you feel relaxed and centered.
"My intent is to clear out what is no longer needed and make way for newness."

dip your fingers into the water and doust yourself as you say the following: "This water will wash away all that is no longer needed." Continue this until you feel you are complete:

Light the candle as you say the following: " Let my mind be free from the burdens of the world. Allow me to explore new dimensions, discover new thoughts, ideas and emotions."

When you feel complete, you can distinguish the candle.
